This happens to me every year. Harvest season rolls around and I am ready to start canning. I clean my kitchen and gather all of my supplies. And then I have to call my mom and ask her how long to process my fruit. She gets a call from me every few days when I start working on the next fruit or vegetable. Every year I say “Mom, I am going to write it down so I don’t have to call you again next year!” And every year, I still have to call her to ask.
So, here I am, writing it down finally! I am putting it all in one place, so whenever I can something I can just look right here. Problem solved!
